FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: one should form a helix and anti-helix of concha auriculae carcass out of modeled costal cartilage. Moreover, the above-mentioned procedure should be performed at the first stage of operation, and during the second stage one should strengthen junction sites of the modeled carcass fragments with semi-cylindrical plates out of titanium nickelide and introduce a transplant subcutaneously in mastoid area. The method enables to decrease complications due to creating areas of fixing rigidity of implant's cartilaginous elements.
EFFECT: improved results of plasty.
