FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to eliminate total defect of auricle in case of rough deformations of surrounding regions. Silicone implant of auricle is planted subcutaneously in the region of back surface of forearm along projection of radial vascular fascicle. Helix is placed distally and lobe proximally with respect to bend of elbow. When microcirculatory canal is restored, myofasciocutaneous flap from forearm in complex with silicone implant is transferred into defect region accompanied with revascularization to facial vessels.
EFFECT: enabled formation of auricle in a distance from defect and cicatrical tissues and creation of anthropometrically correct auricle parameters.
