FIELD: shipbuilding; devices for motion on water.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes float base, pedals and blades which are rigidly secured in pairs at angle of 90° and are articulated on longitudinal axle of float base for performance of reciprocation and rotary oscillations and for emergence at horizontal position. Blades have symmetrically streamlined profile and are provided with brackets on which pedals are articulated.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
