The advertisement bearing surface is connected to the rotor of the power supply apparatus with possibility of moving up and down on the length of the blades.
EFFECT: high efficiency of using a revolving advertisement bearing surface in running letter mode, low cost of advertising, larger angle of view within which the advertising information is visible, and larger number of viewers seeing the advertising information.
