FIELD: oil production industry and building particularly to reduce filtering ability of porous medium and to block and limit water inflow through porous medium, to isolate well from water, to flatten injectivity profile of the well and to reduce permeability of porous building structures.
SUBSTANCE: composition comprises high-viscosity oil product and oxyethylated alkyl phenol, product of polycondensation of still residue obtained from amines C17-C20 production and still residue obtained from caprolactam production used as 20-30% kerosene solution of amine containing products, namely amines, imines and alkamines having amine number of not less than 100 mg KOH/g, cyclohexanol and high-boiling oxidation products. The composition also has pulp and paper production waste including cellulose fibers and water. High-viscosity oil product is heavy oil refinery residual product. Above components are taken in the following amounts (% by weight): oil refinery residual product- 6-60; oxyethylated alkyl phenol - 0.1-2.0; polycondensation product - 0.6-2.0, pulp and paper production waste - 5-10, remainder is water. Heavy residual product of oil refinery may be asphalt after deasphalting operation performing, tar after vacuum treatment and oxidated or compounded market grade bitumen. Water may be soft or mineralized. The composition may additionally include sodium silicate in amount of 0.5-2% by weight and/or carboxymethylcellulose in amount of 0.1-0.3% by weight and/or polyacrylamide in amount up to 0.3% by weight or aluminum hydroxide in amount up to 10% by weight or carbamide in amount up to 5% by weight.
EFFECT: reduced filtration ability of porous medium for reservoirs of all types, increased stability of the composition.
