FIELD: building industry and materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the emulsion composition comprising, wt.-%: asphalt or mixture of asphalt with tar, 10-65; neonol (oxyethylated alkylphenol of the formula (C9-C12), 0.4-3, and water, the balance. The composition can comprise additionally the following components: ВНПП in the amount 0.5-2%; sulfamic acid in the amount 0.1-1%; hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide in the amount below 0.3 wt.-%. The composition provides enhancing stability of adhesion properties of asphalt concrete by 15% prepared on it base in prolonged contact with water. The composition is used in road building and repairing, it prevents freezing the dispersed material with internal surface of capacities in storage and transporting at negative temperatures, prevents or decreases wind erosion and dust fly of sandy soils, surface treatment of dusting materials and waterproofing the building constructions.
EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of composition.
