FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary gas-expansion machine contains rotor coaxial with stator and made in form of two disks resting on two supports and connected by expansion wing in form of part of ring. Axis of ring body of revolution is displaced relative to axis of rotor rotation through eccentricity. Expansion with has leading and trailing edges. Cylindrical part of stator is installed inside wing along axis of rotor rotation. Said part of stator is provided with plate partitions of length equal to length of stator cylindrical part, connected by spring-loaded rods and thrusting against inner plane of wing. Stator generating line passes at minimum distance from leading edge of wing at place of convergence. Intake valves are installed behind partitions at rotation of rotor in direction of leading edge of wing in body of stator. Said valves are operated by cam installed on rotor on end of flange connected with shaft of drive.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of gas expansion in chambers.
