FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary compressor contains rotor coaxial with stator and consisting of two disks connected by press-on wing made in form of part of ring. Axis of solid of rotation of wing is shifted from axis of rotation of rotor by eccentricity. Wing encloses round cylindrical part of stator, and its trailing edge passes from generating line of outer surface of cylindrical part of stator at minimum distance. In two slots of cylindrical part of stator connected by holes plate partitions are installed connected with links through springs with clearance. Rotor rests through bearings on axle and on outlet branch pipe which are made coaxially on end faces of cylindrical part of stator at both sides. Delivery valves connected by channels with outlet branch pipe are installed before partitions in direction of rotation of rotor. Drive shaft is fastened on free end of rotor. Heat exchanger spaces are made in stator body. Inlet and outlet of heat exchanger are brought out through outlet branch pipe. Compressor is fastened on bedframe by outlet branch pipe. In operation, rotor wing bypasses cylindrical part of stator and encloses gas medium by press-on plane. Then wing comes in contact with this or that partition, lowers it into slot to compress gas and delivers gas through valve to consumer. Compression heat is released into ambient medium by means of heat exchanger with heat carrier circulating along closed circuit.
EFFECT: provision of rotary compressor of flow-displacement action in which preliminary compression of gas filled into chamber is provided by effective method of enclosing with formation of compression chambers.
