FIELD: means for defense or attack.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises drag made of sharpened rod defined by sweeping ribs whose slots are at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the drag and point to its front section. The cord is secured in the back section of the drag, and weighting member is positioned in the front section. The means for throwing the drag is made of a gas-pulse device provided with the barrel for receiving the drag.
