FIELD: agricultural engineering; driers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed multipurpose seed drier with drying chambers is connected with heat generator and is furnished with belt conveyor. Drier has brick walls of side base and cross beams and it is installed in closed room. Longitudinal grate made of boards placed on edge and provided with metal gauze covering is installed on beams. Side wooden boards are arranged on top of drier. Bottom of drier is made with 15° tilting. Heat generator with burner is installed from end face side of drier. Seeds are loaded in uniform layer into drying chambers and, after drying, are shifted along inclined plane of drier bottom to belt conveyor.
EFFECT: possibility of drying seeds of any type with saving of energy.
