SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used to produce high-quality corn seeds. Complex is a stationary mini-plant, including a line for receiving and processing cobs, a drying line for container-type cobs, a line of threshing cobs, a line of primary cleaning of corn grain and means providing technological connection between the lines. Complex also includes a seed plant for sorting maize seeds, a silo-type storage facility and a maize harvester. Line for receiving and refining cobs includes a cesspool with several sections, a platform for a pile of under-cleaned cobs, a cobber, a bulkhead table, a grain separator, belt conveyors, a humidifier of cobs, and a trailer for collecting wraps. Cob drying line includes drying containers with a lattice bottom and a duct to ensure the supply of the heat agent to the cobs, each individually connected to the air duct with the combustion unit and the fan heater. Furnace unit is designed as a series of installed units with air dampers. Threshing line for cobs includes a coil thresher, a seed shipping bunker, a trailer for collecting cob rods, belt conveyors, a low-speed paternoster and a magnetic separator. Line of primary cleaning of grain includes a grain cleaning unit. Technological communication between the lines is made in the form of a multi-lift unit.

EFFECT: complex ensures the implementation of technological operations in a single stream and the possibility of round-the-clock and all-weather operation.
