FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out flap from prolene net. A loop is formed from it and placed as collar member over gland anastomosis zone. The pancreas is removed. Flap ends are drawn through a slit in apparatus for suturing organs. Substrate tissue is compressed with the collar member to stop arterial hemorrhages from gland parenchyma in cross-section plane. The flap ends are sutured with apparatus. The collar member is fixed along distal edge to pancreas capsule without touching parenchyma with 3-4 single sutures. Single-row knotless suture is placed between the collar member and serous membrane of jejunum on posterior gland semicircle. Intestine wall incision is done 13-15 mm far from gland edge equal in diameter to pancreatic duct diameter. The duct cannulation is done with tube. Distal tube end is introduced into jejunum lumen. Anastomosis is built between the duct and intestine lumen. Single-row knotless suture is placed upon anterior intestine semicircle.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications.
