SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hepato-pancreatobiliary surgery. Formed intestinal reservoir from a jejunal loop, folded in the form of double-barrels throughout 10-12 cm, fixed with a series of seromuscular sutures for 6-8 cm. On antimesenteric edges of both knees double-barrel perform two longitudinal enterotomies length equal to half the diameter of stump of pancreas at distance of 2-3 cm from gun collar. Internal edges of the enterotomies are sutured and a double-row pancreatic jejunoanastomosis of the end-to-side type is formed with external edges of the enterotomies.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase area of cover of a pancreatic stump, with an inconsistency of an anastomosis to provide restriction of distribution of a liquid congestion.
