The pharmaceutical composition comprising articaine hydrochloride and epinephrine hydrochloride and accessory substances, such as sodium metabisulfite, sodium chloride and water for injection involves additionally glycine and pH-regulating substance taken in the definite ratio of components. Invention provides preparing the preparation that is stable, non-toxic and doesn't cause allergic response reactions and elicits highly expressed infiltration and conducting anesthetic activity, good tissue tolerance and activity promoting to accelerated wound-healing in the post-operative period.
