SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing medicinal extracts from vegetable raw, in particular, to method for preparing tinctures from purple coneflower, Echinacea purpurea L. Invention proposes two methods. The first method for preparing tincture from purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea L.) involves extraction of raw with ethyl alcohol and periodic multiple effect by ultrasonic oscillation with the definite frequency and power under the definite conditions in the process of extraction and by alternating this treatment with the infusion process of the raw. The second method for preparing tincture from purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea L.) involves extraction of raw with ethyl alcohol being the raw is soaked with 40% ethyl alcohol preliminary in the definite ratio followed by multiple periodic effect by ultrasonic oscillation with the definite frequency and power under the definite conditions in the process of extraction and with periodic alternation of this process with the infusion process. Method provides preparing a tincture with high content of hydroxycinnamic acids in the minimal content of extractive substances that provides enhancing the pharmacological effect of the tincture.
