FIELD: cardio surgery.
SUBSTANCE: artificial organ has four members: basic member made in form of perforated tube, working member made in form of elastic-resilient diaphragm which embraces perforated tube, case member made in form of elastic-resilient envelope which embraces reinforcing ring to form cone-shaped cavity inside which the perforated tube and elastic-resilient diaphragm are disposed, and actuating part of pneumatic and/or hydraulic drive which part interacts with elastic-resilient diaphragm.
EFFECT: improved reliability and biological compatibility at implantation into patient's body.
