FIELD: industrial organic synthesis catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: cobalt-based Fischer-Tropsch catalyst includes porous carrier and metallic cobalt crystallites imbedded therein. Catalyst is characterized by content of cobalt in reducible form expressed as Ω wt % of the total catalyst mass before reduction. Catalyst in freshly reduced state is further characterized by Gauss distribution of cobalt crystallite size, surface area of metallic cobalt equal to 0.14 Ω to 1.03 Ω m2/g catalyst, and catalyst geometry providing stabilized efficiency factor in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis equal to 0.9 or higher.
EFFECT: achieved preparation of effective stabilized catalyst.
