FIELD: machine engineering, possibly planar face grinding by means of cylinder or cone wheel in metal working plants.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding cutting fluid onto inner surface of wheel through multi-duct nozzle; applying easily collapsible at grinding coating onto outer surface and non-working end of wheel; transporting fluid to grinding zone by filtering it through pores of wheel and also in the form of liquid films created on inner and working surfaces of wheel.
EFFECT: enhanced grinding conditions, improved quality and efficiency of grinding due to filling pores of wheel with cutting fluid.
