FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: grinding disk is made of porous conical or cylindrical caps. The pores on the outer conical or cylindrical inoperative surface of the disk and its inoperative face are filled with active lubricant that is not permeable for liquid. When grinding, the lubricant-coolant supplied to the grinding zone through the disk pores is ejected outside at the site where the active lubricant is ended.
EFFECT: enhanced quality and efficiency of grinding.
