FIELD: arm assembly for hand processing tool.

SUBSTANCE: hand assembly (1) for hand processing tool (2) such as chain saw (2), shearing machine or machine for cutting of gear hedge has a drive unit (3) with engine and a cutting unit (4) in the form of sawing bar (4) with sawing chain. The arm assembly has two interconnected arms (5,6), which at a usual use of the tool are positioned above the drive assembly, which is attached to the arm assembly with possibility of turn. Direction (18) of cutting by the cutting tool at turning changes from the vertical to horizontal one. At least one fastening frame (7) is attached to the drive assembly. The arm assembly is made at least with one support (8) of the arm designed for detachable fixture in different positions along the fastening frame 7. The arm assembly is provided with part (9) projecting downwards, that passes down from the rear side (10) of the drive assembly, i.e. from the side tht is opposite cutting side (11), i.e.the side from which cutting assembly (4) projects. The engine control means, such as the cable of the throttle valve and the electric cord for control of the stop, are ttached to part (9) projecting downwards so tht their protection is provided.

EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of the arm assembly projecting behind the saw body.
