FIELD: construction materials industry; production of polymer-concrete.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to production of polymer-concrete mixtures used in manufacture of chemically-resistant, high-strength hardware products and constructions. The contains (in mass %): low molecular polybutadiene -10.49 - 10.79; brimstone - 5.24-5.40; a thiuram - 0.52-0.54; zinc oxide - 1.89-1.94; calcium oxide - 0.52-0.54; dibutyl phthalate - 0.22-0.42; fly ash - 9.32-9.59; metallic fibers from a metal cord - wastes of tire production - 5.46-8.84; a quartz sand - 6275-65.53. The technical result is production of the composite material having advantage on strength characteristics over the well-known polymeric-concrete mixtures. Strength of the composite material and a modulus of elasticity on an axial tension have accordingly values - 24.1 MPa and 28200 MPa.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the composite material with its strength characteristics exceeding the properties of well-known polymeric-concrete mixtures.
