FIELD: construction industry; railways.
SUBSTANCE: road structure used for reinforced-concrete and metal superstructures with polymer-concrete layer. Monolithic polymer-concrete layer on the basis of binding material - low-molecular polybutadiene or low-molecular polybutadiene mixed with cement - and armoured with mesh reinforcement is used as polymer-concrete. Polymer-concrete layer is applied to prepared concrete or metal surface during vibration compaction. At that, the applied polymer-concrete layer is heat-treated with electric heating devices within temperature range of 20°C to 120°C until it develops design strength. Polymer-concrete layer is obtained ether from the following mixture, wt %: PBN low-molecular polybutadiene - 7-12, sulphur - 3.5-6, thiuram - 0.25-0.55, zinc oxide - 1.2-3.2, calcium oxide - 0.4-0.6, heat-electric generating plant fly ash - 6.5-11.5, quartz sand - 22-27, crushed granite with particle size of 5-10 mm - the rest; or from mixture below, wt %: low-molecular polybutadiene - 15-17, quartz sand - 19-21, M300 cement - 6-8, hardener - polyisocyanate -2-3, anti-oxidising agent - 0.2, granite with particle size of 5-10 mm - the rest.
EFFECT: improving bending strength and crack strength of road structure due to increase of bonding of polymer-concrete layer with reinforced-concrete or metal construction, and protection of bridges superstructures from effect of corrosive liquid and gaseous media, atmospheric precipitation and anti-icing compounds.
