FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: blend contains, wt. %: low-molecular polybutadiene, 8-12; sulfur, 4.0-6.0; thiuram, 0.4-0.6; captax, 0.15-0.25; zinc oxide, 2.0-3.0; calcium oxide, 0.3-0.7; diphenylguanidine, 0.4-0.6; synthetic fatty acids, 0.16-0.24; fly ash from heat- and-power stations, 6.0-10.0; silica sand, 21-28; and crushed granite, the balance. Due to such quantitative and qualitative selection of components, a possibility is enabled to prepare composite having advantages concerning workability as compared to known blends containing low-molecular diene oligomers, for instance hardening temperature is lowered from 125 to 90 C. Other characteristics of blend are on a level of those of known analogs. Blend can be used for manufacturing chemically stable high-strength parts and structures. EFFECT: improved consumer's properties. 2 tbl
