FIELD: production of solid fuel charges.
SUBSTANCE: the offered invention is pertaining to the field of production of solid fuel charges (SFC), predominantly used in rocket systems. The method provides for filling of an armoring compound into a gap between an armored grain and a mold. The filling is conducted automatically from a source tank uniformly through the windows in a cover of the predominantly horizontally located mold using a centrifugal force directed along the annular gap and forming at the inlet of the gap an overload of up to 15, and under its action realize polymerization of the armoring compound. At that the polymerization temperature is such as to meet the requirements of the charge grain physical stability. Then the mold is cooled to a normal temperature and the armored charge squeezed from the mold. The invention ensures reduction of the labor input and duration of the cycle of armoring of the solid fuel charge grain.
