FIELD: rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of rocket technology, namely to the method for ballistite fuel charge inhibiting in the rocket motor case. The method implies charge installation in a gapped casing, assembly with accessories, casing fixed radially to the face-plate, inhibiting composition pouring into the gap driven by centrifugal effort appearing when the face-plate rotates and directed along the gap, inhibiting composition polymerization. The inhibiting composition polymerization shall be performed by heating the charged casing in a turbulent rotational flow for 35-45 min from reaching the temperature 70-80°C at the external radius of the flow rotation and shall be continued in a heat chamber for 15-25 min using the heat accumulated by the casing, the charge and accessories.
EFFECT: cutting the total polymerization time to 1 hour providing the required charge ballistic cover quality.
