SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of sucrose 6-ester. Method involves the following stages: (a) interaction of mixture containing sucrose and the polar aprotonic solvent with acylation activating agent based on tin-organic compound by continuous addition of solvent able to remove water by the combined distilling off, and removal of water by the combined distilling off for preparing the first water-free reaction mixture; (b) addition of carboxylic acid anhydride to the indicated first reaction mixture for preparing the second reaction mixture and keeping the indicated second reaction mixture at temperature for time sufficient for the formation of sucrose 6-ester. The stage (a) is carried out at temperature from 85°C to 125°C and under pressure from 20 KPa to 80 Kpa. Preferably, the polar aprotonic solvent represents DMF (dimethylformamide), a solvent able to remove water by the combined distilling off that represents cyclohexane, an acylation activating agent based on tin-organic compound represents 1,3-diacyloxy-1,1,3,3-tetrabutyldistannoxane. Invention provides reducing time of the reaction and enhancing the quality of the end product.
