FIELD: hot gas positive-displacement engine plants.
SUBSTANCE: thermite fuel is ignited by means of the igniting device in the heat generator. The combustion heat of the fuel is transmitted through the heat pipe to the walls of the heater of the Stirling engine, which provides starting of the engine. When the Stirling engine is in operation, mechanical energy is converted into the electric power with the use of the electric generator. The refrigerator, through which coolant is supplied, is used for cooling the Stirling engine.
EFFECT: eased starting and control of the engine.
