FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering, in particular, to the structures of modular mobile boiler plants intended for supply of the consumer with electric and thermal energy. Complex for production of heat and electric energy is made in the form of a block-container consisting of a control compartment and an aggregate compartment, in which a control panel and a container filled with coal are installed, which is connected to a jaw crusher through the first screw conveyor, the jaw crusher is communicated via second screw conveyor with wet-grinding ball mill communicated via pipeline with mixer via first dosing pump. First membrane pump is connected to the wet grinding ball mill via pipelines through shutoff and control valves, which is connected to a reservoir filled with water, which is connected by pipelines through shutoff and control valves to a mixer equipped with a stirring element. Mixer is connected by pipelines to the pump-homogenizer, through a single-phase self-priming pump with a tank filled with used oil, through the second dosing pump with a burner device with forced air supply. Burner nozzle is built into the side wall of the hot water boiler. Outlet of hot water boiler is intended for connection by pipelines through network pump with heat energy consumer, and inlet of hot water boiler is intended for reception of cold water from consumer. Flue is made in the upper part of the water-heating boiler and is brought out through the roof of the block-container. Inside the chimney there is a plate heat exchanger, the output of which is connected to the Stirling engine heater, heater of which is connected by pipelines through a compressor to the inlet of the plate heat exchanger. Stirling engine cooler inlet is connected via pipeline via first valve and second membrane pump with make-up water source. Outlet of the refrigerator is intended for connection by a pipeline with a heat energy consumer. Second diaphragm pump is connected to the heat energy consumer via the make-up water pipeline through the second valve. Electric generator output is intended for connection to electric power consumer. Screw conveyors, pumps, jaw crusher and wet-grinding ball mill are connected to control panel. All pipelines of the aggregate compartment are equipped with temperature and pressure sensors. Tank filled with coal, mixer, tank filled with water and tank filled with used oil are equipped with level sensors. In the control compartment there is a power panel, to which an automation panel is connected, which is connected to a personal computer installed at the operator’s workstation. Screw conveyors, pumps, jaw crusher, wet-grinding ball mill and control panel are connected to power shield. Automation board controller is connected with screw conveyors, with pumps, with jaw crusher, with wet-grinding ball mill, with temperature sensors, with pressure sensors and with level sensors.
EFFECT: preparation of coal-water fuel, in which used oils can be recycled, possibility of transportation and delivery to the destination without dismantling the main equipment.
