FIELD: wind power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed wind power-generating plant contains generator, turbine, extensible annular wing with "de-Laval" inner surface being carrying element and furnished with feather surface, carrying radial brackets, generator cabin with streamlined outer surface with inner carrying structure for generator supports and support of turbine, intake fixed cone, radial brackets, intake annular wing supports mast, rotary stand with current collectors for communication between generator cabin and support mast. Profile of intake annular wing is made in pair with extensible annular wing.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of wind power-generating plant, its reliability, simplified design, facilitated operation and servicing.
