FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to power engineering and can be used for generating electric power from wind flow. Wind generator is arranged in a vertical exhaust air duct mounted in domestic or industrial building construction, access of air is provided to lower inlet of air duct by installing the building on supports or by performing side shafts in the building foundation, and negative pressure is created in the area of upper outlet of the air duct by means of a feathering head piece.

EFFECT: method allows making any tall building equipped with a vertical exhaust air duct an independent or partially independent manufacturer of auxiliary electricity.
