FIELD: universal machine building, applicvable in transmissions of transport facilities.
SUBSTANCE: the transmission has driving 1 and drivens shafts, eccentric 4 (working and balancing) with a groove disk, overruning clutches 7, torsion shafts 9, three-position tooth-type coupling 12, planetary gear, two units of mutually operating friction clutches, flywheel 16 with a friction clutch, step-up and step-down gears. Driving shaft 1 is made separately from transfer eccentric shafts. Driven shaft 2 gets connected with the aid of tooth-type coupling 12 or to driving shaft 1, or with the aid of the rear friction clutch - to central gear-wheel 11. With one link the planetary gear gets coupled to driving shaft 1, with the aid of tooth-type coupling 12 or to driving shaft 1, with the other link through the step-down gear and the friction clutch - to flywheel 16, with sunning link with the aid of the friction clutch - to eccentric shafts. Tooth-type coupling 12 is equipped with a synchronizing device and positioned on driving shaft 1, providing its independent coupling to (uncoupling from) the drive link of the planetary gear (stepless operation), to driven shaft ("direct" transmission), as well as uncoupliung ("neutral" transmission).
EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel at acceleration due to the use of energy accumulated at bracking.
