FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has safety, lumbar, shoulder and leg belts and longitudinal and transverse cross-ribbons. A longitudinal cross-ribbon connects lumbar, shoulder and leg belts. A transverse cross-ribbon has loops embracing the shoulder belts. The shoulder belts have loops at the ends for making attachment to stretcher carcass over stretcher handles. The lumbar and leg belts have lock members. The lock members connect belt ends making a loop. A loop embraces the stretcher from below. Leg belt loop is engageable to stretcher legs. Safety belt is located and fixed on longitudinal cross-ribbon. It is attachable to longitudinal cross-ribbon and to transportation vehicle structure with its free end.
