Medical stretchers in the first version contain handles pulled out of the rails, the latter are arranged on the legs, and inclining headrest. Supporting struts are provided with pins to fix the stretcher in a vehicle. Headrest is made on a horseshoe tube ends of which are connected to the cross bar and attached to the shaft, pivotally connected to the rails, and coupled with strut of rails with a supporting arm made with a tilt lock. On the horseshoe-shaped tube of the headrest, struts and rails there are laying, on which there is a removable mattress with fastening flaps. Stretcher is equipped with four-point harness system of shoulder and lap belts. Medical stretcher in the second version comprises rubber handles at the ends of the rails, the latter are made with rollers for moving the stretcher on the rails of the vehicle and the back flap, performed at the horseshoe-shaped pipe, the sides of which are connected by crossbars and pivotally connected to the runners by a pair of struts with lockable tilt of hinged backrest.
