FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treating the injured tissue surface with electric field produced by corona discharge electrode placed inside of device body. The treatment is carried out under continuously growing electric current intensity from 50 to 120 mcA during 5-10 min daily within 1-2 sessions in 10-15 days long courses. Distance from device body outlet aperture to the injured tissue surface is equal to 3-10 mm. The device has body, having outlet aperture and opening for supplying air, having corona discharge electrode placed inside and electrically connected to power supply source. The corona discharge electrode end is placed at distance l from the outlet aperture that satisfy a condition of l>0.2d, where d is the outlet aperture diameter.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
