SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for treating patients with trophic ulcers. For this, surface ulcers treated swab moistened with physiological saline. This is followed by cryotherapy applicator maximum cooling with liquid nitrogen to temperature of -180 °C with different diameters flat working surface. Exposure time is not more than 5 seconds.
EFFECT: method provides bloodless, painless and quick translation of chronic wound into acute and active closure of defect, including by removing from surface of ulcer necrotic component fibrin film, biofilm, reducing colonization and contamination of microorganisms, remove phenotypically changed cell edge and base of wound.
