SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in the regional treatment of patients with trophic ulcers. To this end, from the donor plasma using the automated blood collection system in the laboratory of the blood transfusion department, a platelet concentrate is obtained in which 10% calcium chloride solution is added at the rate of 2 ml per 20 ml of platelet concentrate before use to activate the platelets, slowly stir until a uniform mass is formed, bottom and edges of the wound are chipped with the obtained and activated platelet concentrate at the rate of 0.1 ml per 1 cm² wound area to a depth of 3–5 mm, then a membrane is placed on the wound from a native unreconstructed collagen 0.3 mm thick previously immersed in 0.9 % NaCl solution for 20-30 minutes so that more than 80% of the wound surface is closed, after which the surface of the wound is closed with dressings, which allow maintaining a moist, physiological wound for the wound. In future the wound is wound up once every 3–5 days with the use of atraumatic dressings.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the bioavailability of platelet growth factors in the deep layers of the wound and to accelerate the formation of the scar when the probability of scarring to pathological types decreases.
