FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises rotatable spindle, bearing unit, and rolling bearing mounted on the base. The rotatable spindle is kinematically connected with the unit for securing branch pipe through the beam positioned at an angle to its longitudinal axis and whose one side is rigidly connected with the spindle. The branch pipe has race with screw clamps. The top housing of the bearing unit with the area is mounted for permitting vertical movement and co-operation with the end of the beam in working position. The beam is provided with adjusting units that comprise area with the race secured to it. The units are spaced and are at an angle to each other that is equal to the angle between the sections of the branch pipe. Each area of the adjusting unit is mounted on the bearing secured to the beam for permitting movement with respect to the bearings perpendicular to the secured section of the branch pipe.
