FIELD: naval weapon, applicable in self-propelled underwater vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: conducting a sea battle between-atomic submarines represents a complicated tactical mission, especially when means of counteraction are widely used. In these conditions an actual problem becomes taking of a correct decision by the torpedo homing system during a very sholt interal, to this end, processing of a large amount of current information is required. The offered torpedo with a multi-channel homing system makes possible to separate the sources of signals in space and carry out their simultaneous processing, as well as renew the trajectory methods of target search and aiming on it by angular motion of acoustic rays in space. The torpedo performs in this case only rectilinear motions.

EFFECT: reduced time of target search and reduced time from the moment of shot to destruction of the target.
