SUBSTANCE: method involves centrifugation of blood sample, addition biologically active substance, proteolytic enzyme pepsine (trypsin), to a precipitate that is stained then with 1% methylene blue an aqueous solution. Among destroyed blood cells trichomonas cells of round and amoebiform and irregular form stained with blue-green color and brightly expressed and more intensively stained envelope are detected. Invention provides enhancing precision in detection of changed and atypical cells of protozoan by destroying lymphoid cells that are similar morphologically with protozoan cells.
EFFECT: improved detecting method.
