SUBSTANCE: during input of data, related to bet, solid bet on certain result is preserved with an obligation of payment. Renewal of solid bet on said result is arranged and commands are generated in response to given condition, appearing during receipt of data about bet concerning floating bet, while said state occurs before full total of obligations about payments on solid bet on said result exceeds full sum of bets of all bets with exclusion of necessary deductions, operation, caused by said command, provides operation of device, so that full sum of obligations on solid bet never exceeded full sum of bets of all bets except necessary deductions.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs.
