FIELD: food industry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with the products of probe and other types of enteral nutrition. Water is introduced with the mixture consisted of stabilizer with maltodextrin at 1 : (10-15) ratio. Then obtained mixture is supplemented with mineral substances in the form of salts . Then one should add the mixture of soybean proteinates of calcium and sodium and heat the obtained protein modulus up to 85 C, not lower followed by cooling it up to 30 C, not higher. The obtained protein modulus is introduced with the rest maltodextrin, solutions of water-soluble vitamins and mineral substances as salts of microelements: and MgO solution in citric acid. The obtained mixture is supplemented with vegetable oils or their mixtures. Then comes homogenization with subsequent sterilization of the product obtained. The present innovation enables to obtain sterilized emulsion of balanced composition. Also, it provides physical resistance of emulsion to conditions of high-temperature sterilization and microbiological resistance at prolonged storage. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 tbl
