FIELD: equipment for fibrous materials crushing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for crushing of fibrous materials. The crushing tackle of the disk mill contains the rotary and stator disks divided into sectors, the effective surface of which has a peripheral frontal ring zone, all-in-one knives. The effective surface of the sectors has an additional central cone-shaped zone with an inclination of the generatrix in respect to the supporting plane of the sectors of 2...5 ° from the side of the inlet peripheral ridge of the sectors, the open interknife all-in-one grooves are interleft with the interknife grooves closed by the additional connecting strips forming twin knives both all-in-one and shortened. All the knives may be placed tangentially in respect to the circumference of the inlet opening of the disk. The effective surface of the shortened twin knives may be made at an angle equal to 5...8 ° in respect to the supporting plane of the sectors. Non-working bottom surfaces of the all-in-one interknife grooves and the all-in-one grooves and the shortened twin knives concerning a the supporting plane of the sectors are made at an angle equal to 2...5 °. The technical result consists in an increase of intensification of the crushing process and in improvement of its quality.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase intensification of the crushing process and to improve its quality.
