FIELD: disk mills.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a grinding set of a disk mill and can be used to obtain semi-finished products of plant origin. The grinding set contains rotor and stator disks, the working surfaces of which are divided into sectors. The sectors are equipped with parallel straight knives, alternating with inter-knife grooves. The input circumferential edge of the parallel knives is made in the form of a chamfer equal to 30-48°, the cutting edge of the knives is made at an angle equal to 13-17° relative to the generatrix of a single sector. The knives alternate from the center to the periphery with a different ratio of the width of the inter-knife groove to the height of the knife, equal to 0.75-2.7, while forming a preliminary and main grinding zone with a ratio of inlet and outlet radii equal to 0.5-0.9. The surfaces of the knives and the bottom surfaces of the inter-knife grooves of the preliminary grinding zone are made at an angle equal to 0-10° relative to the reference plane of the sector. On the knives of the main grinding zone, three slots are made at an angle equal to 50-70° relative to the cutting edge of the knife, forming an angle of 100-140° with respect to the central inter-knife groove.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the dimensional and qualitative parameters of milled wood-fiber semi-finished products, which improves the quality of the finished product.
