FIELD: disc mills.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding set of disc mill and can be used for production of semi-finished products of vegetable origin. Grinding set comprises rotary and stator disks, working surfaces of which are divided into sectors. Sectors are equipped with parallel straight knives alternating with inter-knives grooves. Input circumferential edge of parallel knives is made in form of chamfer, cutting edge of knives is made at an angle equal to 10°–11.5° relative to a generatrix of a single sector, forming the number of simultaneous moving points of intersection (contacts) of the stator knives with the rotor knives of the single sector is 16–38 pcs. and grinding surface of 0.11–0.17 m2. Knives alternate from center to periphery with different ratio of width of inter-knife groove to height of knife, thus forming preliminary and main grinding zones with different ratio of inlet and outlet radii. Surfaces of knives and bottom surfaces of inter-knife grooves of preliminary grinding zone are made at an angle relative to support plane of sector. On blades of the main grinding zone there are slots at an angle relative to the cutting edge of the blade, forming an angle between them relative to the central inter-blade groove.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve size and quality indices of wood-fiber semi-finished products, which provides improvement of finished product quality.
