FIELD: container equipment, particularly large containers having means for heating, cooling, aerating or other conditioning of contents.

SUBSTANCE: device includes reservoir with inlet pipe arranged in lower reservoir part and connected with inlet pipeline and heating means. Heating means is made as tubular heater enclosed with heat-insulation case. The heater is arranged from outside of the reservoir and in installed between inlet pipe and inlet pipeline. Heating agent circulating in the heater is single-phase nonfreezing heat carrier medium. Inlet pipeline is closed with heat-insulated box together with inlet and outlet lines for heat carrier medium along the whole its length to warm room. Inlet pipe is wrapped with heat-insulation jacket so that annular channel is formed. The annular channel communicates with inlet and outlet lines for heat carried medium.

EFFECT: increased reliability and reduced power inputs for device operation.
