SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to prevent birds from landing on the chimney of a heating boiler. A device for heating and preventing birds from landing on the chimney of a heating boiler contains, at the upper end of the chimney, a ring equipped with an annular pipe of a blower tube grid, at least at least two holes on each grate tube, with the holes directed upward and made threaded, into which vertical cylindrical air tubes are screwed in, and on top there are removable caps with holes, an air-blowing tube grid in which metal vertical tubes are screwed in, forming a bundle. In addition, the annular blower tube is made around the outer side of the chimney in height in the form of a spiral tube and is connected to the fan heater and water heating system, hot water moves under the pressure of the circulation pump, respectively, through the heating circuit, control ball valves, while heating the cylindrical horizontal water tubes in the fan heater housing with inlet and outlet pipes, each of them connected to a direct pipeline and to a return pipeline of the heating system. When the inlet and outlet pipes in the fan heater body are opened, the fan blows through the horizontal water tubes, and the removed hot air enters the transitional conical closed section from the fan heater, then the hot air enters the vertical spiral tube from the outside towards the upper part of the end of the vertical chimney towards the connection from an annular tube sheet with a bundle. The chimney is also equipped with a draft stabilizer and a window for cleaning, between which there is a chimney inlet from the heating boiler, connecting the chimney to the heating boiler. The control circuit of the fan heater system is equipped with a wall-mounted controlled controller for fan operation and with a control thermostat, and hot air obtained by blowing hot water horizontal tubes (grids) in the fan heater housing is used as a coolant for the chimney and to prevent birds from landing.

EFFECT: increase of performance characteristics of the heating system for the external walls of the chimney and expansion of the arsenal of devices to prevent birds from landing on the chimneys of a heating boiler, the top of which can be repeatedly and reliably installed by a vertical air tube bundle connected to an annular blower tube grid covering the upper end chimney.
