According to the invention infrared solar radiation reception premise inter-baffling prismatic channels have one window covering, herewith, the window coverings are installed in ceiling and bottom windows in turn in staggered order, at that, the radiation surface of baffles and coverings are faced inside the channels with coverings in bottom windows, while the heat transfer surface of baffles and coverings are faced inside the channels with coverings in ceiling windows, front wall of the reservoir and the rear wall of the helium coolant bath are equipped with upper and lower windows of coolant circulation, at that, upper windows adjoin the ceiling window of the bath and are interconnected by upper channels, and the lower windows adjoin the hearth coverings of the reservoir and the bath and are interconnected by lower channels, perforated baffle is installed parallel to the bath bottom covering with abutment to its side walls and the rear wall between lower and upper coolant circulation windows, electric coolant is installed between the reservoir bottom covering and the heating agent feed box.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of coolant heating.
