FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises brush unit with a drive and carriages with cartridges and plate milling cutters arranged in the head section of the device near the inner surface of the pipeline. The distance between the axes of the end rollers of each carriage is less than the inner diameter of the pipeline, and carriages are connected with the arresters of movements through flexible links. The rollers of the carriages of the transmissions are connected with the differential mechanism of the drive of the plate milling cutters and brush device. The plate milling cutters are arranged in single row or with a shift in two or more rows. The brush unit is additionally provided with the rotatable blades and arresters of angular movements.
