FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: laser interference oil manometer has U-shaped tube filled with oil, laser interferometer with device for separating beam and introducing laser beams into knees of manometer and outputting them to photo-registering devices. Floats are mounted in any knee of manometer. Top part of float is made in form of fluoroplastic cup which has outer diameter to be 1 mm shorter than radius of tube of manometer. Cup also has three protrusions for stabilizing its aligned position with tube. There are holes in flat bottom of the cup, close to its walls. Thin layers of oil above the bottom of fluoroplastic cups communicated through the holes. Lower part of floats is made in form of glass soldered cylindrical vessel with top glass feet onto which the fluoroplastic cup is laid. Side feet are used for stabilizing float at vertical position. Ballast drop of glass is soldered to lower part of glass vessel.
EFFECT: widened range of measurements.
