FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has electronic control unit, mechanism for feeding fresh air, alternating voltage source, transformer, device for releasing pressure, pressure transducer, safety valve, buffer capacity, throttle, stabilizing capacity, receiver, T-branch and inflatable articles for being put-on over patient extremities. The apparatus operates by periodically pressurizing the inflatable articles during treatment session. The apparatus operates in cyclic mode. Given pressure level is supported within the first half of every cycle and pressure close to atmospheric one is supported within the second half. Session and cycle duration, and pressure level are controlled with switches. Protection against pressure violating permissible threshold is provided with emergency valve introduced into the design.
EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; high security level.
